Terms and Conditions

Blaxland Blooms offers same day delivery on all orders placed before 12pm Monday - Saturday. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you via the information you have provided to discus the situation.

We use our own private courier to execute deliveries, our courier creates a run sheet based on efficiency. All business deliveries are completed by 5pm and all home deliveries by 6pm. If you require a delivery by a certain time please give us clear instructions in the notes section of your order and if this is an issue we will contact you straight away.

If upon delivery the recipient is not home to receive the flowers we will leave them at or near the front door if we deem safe to do so. All our deliveries are sent with a water source. In the event we feel it is unsafe to leave the flowers we will either contact you or the recipient to arrange re-delivery or collection of flowers.

Should you need to change or cancel any details of your delivery please call the shop on 02 4739 0532 immediately. We understand things happen (people go home sick/ schedules change throughout the day) but as we operate on quick turn around times we need as much time possible to be able to accommodate these changes.

Unfortunately once the flowers have left our shop we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers you must take a picture and get in contact us within 24hours to discuss.

It is your responsibility to make sure all delivery details provided are correct, if you have provided incorrect details resulting in our courier making a second delivery trip you will need to cover the cost of the second delivery.

You can expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days. Please refer to our flower care guide for for instructions. We do not take responsibility for lack of care once flowers have been delivered.

We cannot guarantee certain colours or flowers/plants or products used in any arrangement. Colours can differ from what is pictured online. Flowers and plants all have different season availability and therefore we cannot guarantee the flower/plants pictured will be the exact flower/plants used. For these reasons all our mixed bouquets and arrangements are florist choice meaning the florist on duty will select the most appropriate flowers to execute your selected Floral design.
